If blockages or contamination are detected, clean or replace them promptly to prevent impurities from entering the precision oil circuit and causing wear or clogging. Even a small amount of debris can compromise test accuracy and damage precision components.

Important: The test oil tank has a capacity of approximately 50 liters. Only use test oil conforming to ISO 4113 standards. Authorized calibration fluid grades include Shell Calibration Fluid S 9365, Shell V-Öl 1404, Castrol Fluido para Calibracao 4113, and others.
The pneumatic filter (maintenance unit) collects moisture and debris from the compressed air supply. If neglected, this moisture can enter the test oil system and cause contamination.
