Taian Crystal Automation Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of common rail test benches in China. Situated at the foot of Mount Tai—a world-renowned scenic landmark—our factory has, since its establishment in 2012, remained steadfastly focused on the R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of internal combustion engine testing equipment. Through this dedication, we have progressively grown into a premier manufacturer of fuel injector test benches in China, with our products currently exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide.

In terms of operational scale and capability, our factory spans a total area of 50,000 square meters—including 35,500 square meters of standardized, modern, and intelligent workshop space. We possess an annual production capacity of 1,000 fuel injection pump test benches, 2,000 fuel injector test benches, and 10,000 test injectors. Our product line encompasses a diverse range of models—including orifice-type, pintle-type, and low-inertia injectors—and is complemented by the production of various test bench accessories and specialized disassembly/assembly tools.
Technologically, we are supported by a dedicated R&D team of 20 professionals. This team comprises university professors, as well as experts, senior engineers, and veteran technicians with extensive, multi-year experience in the manufacturing of internal combustion engine testing equipment. In terms of product functionality, our systems support the testing of various fuel injectors and injection pumps from leading brands such as BOSCH, DENSO, DELPHI, and SIEMENS. Furthermore, our equipment features fully automated testing capabilities to precisely measure injector sealing integrity, as well as injection and return volumes under rated, idle, and pilot injection conditions.

Regarding quality assurance, our factory has established a comprehensive monitoring system that spans the entire production chain—from production planning, process tooling, and equipment maintenance to raw material warehousing and final product dispatch. Every single stage of the manufacturing process is subject to rigorous and meticulous oversight. Prior to leaving the factory, every product undergoes stringent performance testing and reliability verification to ensure that every piece of equipment delivered to our customers operates with unwavering stability.
