CRS1000 series common rail test bench has small size, unique appearance, stable and reliable performance and flexible functional configurations. This series of test benches can be individually configured to test high pressure common rail injectors, high pressure common rail pumps, EUI/EUP, HEUI, HEUP, etc. It also can configure two or three test functions of high pressure common rail injector, high-pressure common rail pump, EUI/EUP, HEUI, HEUP, etc.

CRS1000-I

Capable of precisely and automatically testing the high-pressure sealing integrity of electronically controlled high-pressure common rail injectors, as well as full-load injection volume, return volume, emission-point injection volume, idle injection volume, pilot injection volume, pilot return volume, and other parameters. It can automatically generate fuel quantity correction codes for electronically controlled common rail injectors—including QR, IQA, IMA, ISA, C2i, C3i, (VD0) ICC, etc.—and perform tests on common rail injector solenoid armature lift, opening pressure, opening pulse width, response time, and solenoid resistance and inductance values. Additional features include a manual open-mode test, an engine power enhancement function, and a visual inspection of injection atomization effects. The system offers comprehensive and accurate data, along with capabilities for remote assistance and online software updates.
