CR518-PRO multi-functional common rail test bench is a new generation test bench for common rail injectors and HEUI developed by Taian Crystal Automation Co., Ltd. It has a lot of upgraded functions, such as 306^orotary work bench to switch from injector to HEUI, self-developed PRO operating system with 7000+ data, one-key cleaning, high quality pipe and components etc.

• 11. The hydraulic circuitry incorporates a high-pressure filter, effectively protecting key components within the hydraulic system (such as electro-hydraulic proportional valves, manual high-pressure pressure-regulating valves, etc.) as well as the test specimen (HEUI).
• 12. The main lines of the measurement system are constructed from industrial-grade 304 stainless steel tubing, ensuring greater stability in test data and enhanced reliability throughout the testing process.

The fuel tank, hydraulic oil tank, and waste oil tank are all fabricated from industrial-grade 304 stainless steel, thereby eliminating the risk of test fluid contamination caused by material-related issues. • 16. The drive motor for the high-pressure common rail injector test utilizes the renowned domestic brand Xuzhou Tongyi Motor, with a power output of 5.5 KW.
