The CR845 series multifunctional test bench is an electronic control test bench based on the traditional fuel injection pump (in-line pump) test bench. It is connected through wired control. Without affecting the inherent functions of the traditional fuel injection pump test bench, it can conveniently, quickly, stably and accurately test the electronic control high-pressure common rail injector, electronic control high-pressure common rail pump, electronic control unit pump, electronic control pump nozzle, medium pressure common rail electronic control injector, medium pressure common rail electronic control high pressure hydraulic pump and other functions of the electronic control system test bench.

Features

• There is an oil collecting tank at the bottom of the folding door, and the oil collecting tank is designed with an oil drain switch to conveniently and effectively collect the oil dripping from the protective door and door frame.
• The protective frame is made of industrial aluminum alloy profiles, which is not only beautiful and sturdy, but also the height of the protective door can be adjusted at will to accommodate operators of different heights.
• The main body and protection part of CR845 can be rotated and adjusted from 0 to 180 degrees, which is convenient for the operator to observe the test process and can also adapt to the installation requirements of the test bench in different venues.
• The large-screen LCD display is easy to operate and observe, and is equipped with a bracket that can adjust the screen angle to meet the needs of different customers for screen angles.
• The self-developed full-featured operating system is powerful and stable in operation. The system has more than 7,000 built-in standard test data and supports remote assistance services and free software and data online upgrades.
• Equipped with wireless keyboard and mouse, convenient and reliable.
• Two drawers are designed to conveniently store equipment files, wiring harnesses, etc.
• The independently developed new high-pressure common rail injector fixture is more convenient and reliable to use. It can efficiently and stably clamp high-pressure common rail injectors of different types and sizes.
• The left and right sides of the equipment are designed with measurement interfaces, control interfaces, etc., which are suitable for traditional injector pump test benches with left and right positions.
