- Description
12PSB series fuel injection pump test bench adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which has the characteristics of high reliability, low noise, low energy consumption, large output torque, high test precision, full protection performance and convenient operation. It is one of the best selling models for current diesel injector test bench.
Basic Configuration
- 12-cylinder oil collecting tank (4, 6 and 8 cylinders can be selected according to customer requirements), equipped with a special transparent material oil collecting cup and a diversion function oil needle, so that the injection liquid flow is stable and the measurement is stable.
- It can be manually rotated to the left and right positions of the test bench (suitable for left and right machine fuel injection pump testing).
- With positioning device (measurement position, observation position, inverted oil level) manual flip adjustment cylinder plate (according to customer requirements with different specifications of high-precision measuring cylinder).
- Lighting lamps are installed inside the oil collecting tank to make the oil measuring process more convenient and accurate.
- Equipped with foldable and telescopic 36V work light.
Features
- 1. Variable-Frequency Speed-Regulating Motor: A digital controller provides precise control over 10 distinct speed settings.
- 2. Capable of testing the fuel delivery status of individual cylinders across various rotational speeds, as well as performing static measurements of the fuel delivery timing for each cylinder. The process is both accurate and rapid.
- 3. Capable of assessing the performance of both mechanical and pneumatic governors.
- 4. Enables the testing of distributor pump solenoid valves, fuel return volume, internal pump pressure, and related parameters.
- 5. Capable of assessing the performance of pressure compensators.
- 6. Enables the measurement of negative pressure and performance testing for diaphragm-type pressure regulators.

Controller
- Equipped with economical, reliable and stable test bench controller, simple operation and comprehensive functions. (According to customer requirements, high-end industrial computer industrial computer controllers can be selected)
Workbench
- Equipped with long-aging treatment, precision-machined cast iron workbench (three-slot heavy workbench can be configured according to customer requirements), with high-strength shock absorption function and strong and reliable testing.
- Equipped with large inertia wheels to make the test speed more stable and reliable.
- Equipped with high-precision power output system (precise center height, symmetry, etc.), so that the test process has lower vibration, lower noise and more reliability.
- Equipped with pressure gauges and high-precision float flow meters to detect the pressure of each function.
Variable Frequency Drive
- A well-known brand inverter (large torque output, stable speed output), realizes stepless speed regulation of the motor output shaft.
- The inverter brand can be specified according to customer requirements.
- Electrical parts adopt Delixi electrical parts (Schneider brand is optional).
Electric Motor
- Well-known brand three-phase asynchronous motors (customers can specify the brand), motor power and power supply voltage, etc. can be configured according to customer requirements.
